Imagine what she'd do for some kale. Cooking dinner for your date tonight? Grill up some green. Serving vegetables with your entrée makes the entire meal tastier, according to a new study from Cornell University. Researchers described two versions of four meals—one with vegetables, one without—to 500 moms who rated how delicious, nutritious, and “loving” each was on a 9-point scale. The moms were told that different chefs prepared the two versions of each meal and were asked to evaluate each chef’s personality, rating how selfish and attentive they were.
